The first wallet, a newly created address 0xf31d, withdrew 8,239 ETH from multiple exchanges over the past 12 hours. The second whale address 0x363A purchased 11,843 ETH over the past 3 hours. Combined, these transactions represent a significant accumulation of ETH in a short period, based on monitoring data from ChainCatcher.
