Binance has announced a temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals for tokens on the Moonbeam (GLMR) network to support an upcoming network upgrade.
The pause will begin at approximately 12:00 UTC on July 13, 2026. According to Binance, this measure is necessary to ensure a smooth transition during the technical upgrade process and to safeguard user assets.
The Moonbeam network upgrade itself is scheduled to activate at block height 16,427,124, which corresponds to around 13:00 UTC on July 13, 2026.
Importantly, Binance confirmed that trading activities for tokens on the Moonbeam (GLMR) network will remain unaffected during the suspension period.
Deposits and withdrawals will resume automatically once the upgraded network demonstrates stability. Binance noted that it will not issue a separate announcement upon service restoration.
